Olá, em configurações do xmaker, veja se a pasta onde se encontra o arquivo .dcu está sendo especificada.
Se você está compilando pelo delphi vá em library e veja se a pasta onde se encontra o arquivo .dcu está sendo espeficada.

O erro está acontecendo porque o arquivo .dcu não está sendo encontrado.
