Conexão MySQL

Estando tentando fazer uma conexão com o MySQL e esta dando o erro:
Error loading library 'libmysql.dll'

Dentro da pasta onde foi instalado o MySQL, existe a dll 'libmysql.dll'.
Copie ela para a pasta "system32" do Windows.
