SQL ERROR 206, COLUMN, ETC.

Estou desenvolvendo um aplicativo para mala direta. Pois bem, a tabela COLABORADORES (CodigoCliente) tem um campo relacionado à tabela REUNI??O (CodigoCliente). Ocorre que a inclusão de informações é processada nomalmente, mas ao selecionar o botão modificar aparece a seguinte mensagem: DYNAMIC SQL
ERROR CODE = - 206 COLUMN UNKNOW TabEncontro.NomeCompleto at line 14, column 19.

Sou novato no Xmaker e tenho me surpreendido com os recursos, entretanto gostaria de solucionar este "bug".
