Mostrar formulário a partir de resultado em grid

Tenho a seguinte questão, fiz uma consulta no banco de dados, criei um form de onde executo a consulta visualizo o resultado em um grid, até tudo bem.

Porém quero que ao dar um clique duplo em uma das linhas seja aberto o formulário de cadastro com o referido registro selecionado, alguém poderia me ajudar?
